| Step 1 | Log in to the Kaohsiung Medical University Information Service(KMU WAC) |

| Step 3 | Select the certificate and click blue button“列印電子證書” |
| Step 4 | The system will generate the certificate and provide the download file. |

If the certificate cannot be displayed, please confirm with the EHS office: Exam not passed/Attendance requirement not met/Certificate expired |
